This nonsensical Dr. Seuss rhyming book starts out with the warning "Take it slowly. This book is dangerous." and ends with "Now is your tongue numb?" This truly is a silly tongue tying book and the rhymes get sillier with many words and characters that come straight out of Dr. Seuss's mind. The illustrations of these characters and situation are silly and would be fun for young children to look at. This book is long so it is appropriate for older children, however, I think you could read portions of it to younger children.
